Sultan Consults Limited (SCL) is a professional body aimed at supporting our clients with a multitude of environmental services and products in keeping with national and international best practices. We offer professional environmental consultancy solutions to individuals, private sector organizations, non-governmental sector agencies receiving multilateral & bilateral funding and the government institutions. We extend our professional knowledge and skills to those investors who embark on projects that require ‘green’ as well as ‘brown’ environmental expertise. We combine both local and international expertise to provide best value addition to our clients.
Sultan Consults Limited was incorporated in Uganda in the year 2018, but had been in the business of providing these similar services as a group of individuals for the last 10 years.
The firm has a team of over 20 multidisciplinary Associate Consultants with key qualifications in Environment and social safeguards for infrastructural developments, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Impact Assessment and Audits, ecological and environmental modeling, water quality, terrestrial and aquatic biodiversity, wetlands and water shade management &restoration, rural land ecology, geomorphology, Sociology, Forestry, Natural Resources Management, Geology, Hydrology, Environmental Management, Land use planning, Environmental Law, Sanitation, Environmental Health, Geo-Information systems(GIS) & Remote sensing, Process Engineering, Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency, Occupational Health and Safety, Waste Management, Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) among others.
The major focus of our company hinges towards sustainable development that fosters coexistence of development and environment.

Our professionals are those who are registered as environmental practitioners in the government institutes and other international bodies as well as recognized and certified practitioners by NEMA and other professional environmental bodies within the country and abroad.

The firm also coordinates with several specialists from/association consultants especially from Makerere University and National Fisheries Research Institute (NFRI)whose services can be called upon and fielded to work under the auspices of Sultan Consults Limited.
The company equally collaborates with other consulting firms both local and international and capacity development institutions such as Paterson Sustainability Limited in Singapore and Innovativkonzept GmbH (IK), Germany to undertake tasks.
This is usually done through associating and subcontracting and or seconding personnel. The same firms will always be available for tasks for which their demonstrated competence will be required.
